Our Policies

Exchange Policy:

If any part or component of any order does not work properly, we will send you a replacement within 2 business days at no cost to you.

But if you wish to exchange any part or component because of any reason other than malfunction, then you would be responsible for shipping costs of both, the replacement parts and the returned items.

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Orders that have not been shipped can be cancelled for a Full Refund!

If the order has been already shipped and you wish to cancel it, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping fee once we receive the items back.
